feat: add orchestration state progress indicator

Browse Source 
- OrchestrationProgress stepper component with 5 phases
- Visual state: completed (green check), active (blue ring), pending (gray)
- Smooth CSS transitions between states
- Integrated into chat page, visible during streaming

Closes #8
