Summary

  • Creates mv_stufen table (id, name, sort_order, age_range_min/max, color)
  • Creates mv_stufe_history table for tracking member Stufe changes
  • Seeds default Stufen: Woelflinge (7-10), Pfadfinder (11-15), Rover (16-25)
  • Indexes on sort_order, member_id, stufe_id

Closes #30

feat: add DB migrations for Stufen and Stufe history tables (Closes #30) 127f54c4b1 
Create Version000004Date20260407000003 migration with:
- mv_stufen: id, name, sort_order, age_range_min/max, color
- mv_stufe_history: id, member_id, stufe_id, changed_at, changed_by
- Seed default Stufen: Woelflinge, Pfadfinder, Rover with age ranges
