User Story

As a player, I want to set each talent's rating.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Edit dialog or inline editor on tap
  • Rating 0-12; 0 = untrained
  • Dice pool display updates immediately

Notes

Depends on 6.1 (ViewModel). Affects Talent.kt composable and Talent/Talents model.
