User Story

As a player, I want to create a blank character from scratch.

Acceptance Criteria

  • "New Character" action in nav drawer or Settings
  • Fresh ShadowrunCharacter with defaults and all talents at rating 0
  • Confirm prompt if unsaved changes exist

Notes

Polish item. Depends on 6.1 (ViewModel) and 6.6 (persistence).
