Add Matrix device data model with ASDF attributes (Attack, Sleaze, Data
Processing, Firewall), device condition monitor, Matrix initiative
calculation, noise tracking, and a dedicated Matrix tab in the UI. Includes
schema migration v0.7 to v0.8, serialization support, and comprehensive
tests.
